Unfortunately despite the staff being extremely kind & understanding and even slightly knowledgeable on gluten and celiac issues everything contained gluten. Despite all of that I did bring my Nima sensor to test for gluten before ingesting to make sure I wouldn’t get sick and unfortunately on both readings of just a basic salad of lettuce, carrots, tomatoes & pico de gallo w a side of oil & vinegar and guac all came back with gluten. I did a second test without the guac assuming their spices and what not aren’t CGF but even without that just the salad itself came back with enough traces of gluten over 20PPM(parts per million), which is the amount needed or more for the Nima sensore to give you the reading of gluten. Their menu does discuss airborne wheat flour but unfortunately despite their best efforts I still would’ve gotten sick making this truly an unsafe place for celiacs even despite all these good reviews; the traces of gluten do hurt us so I’d recommend just skipping out on a meal here and letting your loved ones enjoy. I’m glad I had my Nima sensor to save me in a moment like that, despite being so confident that it would be gluten free I am so glad I didn’t ingest anything.
