Talked with chef. He assured me the burgers were cooked separately as well as the fries. Tested both with Nima Gluten test capsules. Both tested positive for gluten. Udi’s was individually wrapped and tested negative for gluten.

Dedicated GF fryer for potato products. Owner very knowledgeable and helpful. Gf buns are served individually wrapped. I felt very safe and the food is great!!!

Fuego Burger is amazing! They have unbelievable burgers! All different toppings and some very creative! The owner, who took our order, immediately explained their precautions for gluten free. All potato items have their own frier (fries and tater tots!). They are also on other sides of the kitchen away from the other fryer (onion rings). The gluten free bun was good! And came in a sealed package, to ensure no cross contamination. Go!
