I am very sensitive to cross contamination but very rarely feel sick after eating fuego the man knows me and makes sure everyone changes gloves and wipes down —highly recommend

Only one gluten free option (the hippie taco) and the menu is labeled, but it also says there is a chance of cross contamination. I did not get sick, but I’d steer clear if you are severely reactive to cross contamination.

The menu has changed over the years and is no longer celiac safe. Which is sad because the queso was so good.

Every single time I’ve eaten there over the years I’ve gotten sick. I stopped going and I won’t be back.

They can't tell the difference between flour and corn tortillas... I've eaten here a few different times over the years and without fail they ALWAYS bring me the wrong tortilla, then go through a 5 min debate with their coworkers about which tortilla it is... Definitely unsettling to know they're not even sure when they come back and that I'm taking my life in my hands each time.
Eaten there 4 times. Gotten sick 3.

No gluten free menu and can’t guarantee cross contamination won’t occur. Ate here and ordered gluten free items but still felt sick after so I assume cross contamination.
No
Best corn tortillas ever! I've never gotten sick from eating there.
They have a “gluten-friendly” section on their regular menu! The best homemade corn tortillas I’ve ever had, they’re homemade and very fluffy and delicious!
delicious tacos! happy to have another taco place
No items are listed as gluten free, only a few items on the menu are listed as flour free and they note that cross contamination can occur.
My child had a little bit of chicken from one of the bowls listed as flour free and was not interested in the other items in the bowl.
The food was okay but definitely does not feel like a safe option for Celiacs.

The food is not good and Service is bad. I went on 12/3/2023 with my friend and firstly my taco was cold. I ended up fixing my taco with my friends tortilla and asked them to swap my friends tortilla for another. They threw it and said no we can’t take care of that. Last time I will go or recommend that restaurant. Very Bad Service.

Not a ton of GF options but a few. The Fuel for Fitness bowl is GF and DF as it comes.

We had the Fuego bowls and they were both filling and delicious. An order at the counter, delivery to the table sort of place. The cookies looked out of this world delicious, but they were made with wheat.
