Once I ordered a gluten free wrap, the waitress asked if I had an allergy or it was by-choice. Informed her I had celiac and she definitely took the correct precautions. Once she delivered my food, she reassured me that it was gluten free! Encountered some cross contamination as I saw the kitchen from my seat (maybe not ideal for celiacs) although food was great and the staff is definitely informed.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s nice they have gluten free options but it is not safe for Celiac people. While the wraps and other items can be made gluten free, All the other ingredients are not. Sauces, spices, and other ingredients could have gluten. I would not be coming back here. If you have just a gluten sensitivity then I think is a good option.

Was really craving a diner-style wrap and this place did NOT disappoint!! I had the Lite Turkey Club wrap on a GF wrap with air-fried French fries. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats but called beforehand to check on the cross-contamination protocols of the fryer and felt totally safe. Could not more highly recommend for that healthy diner/deli style meal! Prices are fair and food was awesome.

My wife has celiac disease and we've eaten here a few times without issue. They have great options for gf and vegan as well. I would describe it as a healthy diner and smoothie bar. Great quality of food and good portions.

Had a wrap last night (the spicy Austin) SO DELICIOUS and was able to eat the whole thing with no reactions! So many gluten free options! Cannot wait to go back there

Wow!! Amazing!! I actually had to call the waitress back to the table bec my wrap actually looked like a “real” wrap. OMG!!! I have Celiac and it was the first time in a long time that I felt “normal” with food. I did not have to eat my wrap on a gross Gf roll that other places offer. Their prices are great too. Enjoy!

I am both gluten and dairy free. This place has an amazing menu and selection, even for me with my allergies. I highly suggest you come by to this place and grab anything like a gluten free pizza, burger, chicken dish, gluten free wraps, and much more. I was referred to this place by a barista at a nearby Starbucks. I suggest you come here and take my word for it.
