Review of FuGaKyu Japanese Cuisine

I was a bit nervous to dine due to lack of reviews but I had a very lovely time. I enjoyed 3 types of sushi and chicken fried rice; all were very delicious! I am a very sensitive celiac and did not have any reaction. A manager informed me that you can speak with them to ensure certain items can be made free of cross contact. I also went before the dinner rush to ensure ample time to ensure safety
