Fuji and Pho Cafe

There were VERY limited options: some sushi, mostly raw; one of the soups; a couple of salads. The Pad Thai wasn't even safe and that is my usual go to. The sauce wasn't safe, and there wasn't a substitution available.

I ordered a noodle soup and an avocado salad. Taste was good, but I had no confidence that broth and/or dressing were GF. I did not get sick though.

I’ve ordered sushi multiple times here. I’m aware of what ingredients I cannot have, but the staff has been helpful in letting me know what is not safe (crunch, soy sauce). They also have ensured that the rice they use is GF. I modify existing rolls to make them GF and they’re always accommodating. I’ve never been sick after eating here.
