I had an excellent meal here. There are a lot of GF options (including providing GF soy suave) and the kitchen is very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. I’m fairly sensitive to cross-contamination and had no reaction. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great food and great care taken was with gluten free items. I have eaten there twice, once for sushi and once for hibachi, and both were great. For hibachi, they made more order special in the back to prevent cross-contamination with the others in my party doing the hibachi grill. So I got to enjoy the grill experience but still be safe. I also did a takeout order. My food was in a separate bag from the rest of my non-gf order and they reiterated items were gf. I have not had any issues. Our server, Nina, was fantastic, especially in helping to navigate the menu. It can be intimidating since it is a large menu and not labeled but all of the servers and staff are knowledgeable about gf items.

Hibachi grill is great, they try their best to keep any cross contamination from happening ( separate cooking utensils and gluten free dishes are cooked first), you must inform them of your order being gluten free when you place it. Sushi is beautiful and tastes great. Reasonable priced and a great show at the grill tables
