I called ahead to ensure they could provide a gluten free meal. The gentleman who cooked our hibachi went above and beyond, he cooked my daughter’s food first and took the soy sauce out of his cart and out of reach so he wouldn’t grab it by mistake. We are new to gluten free and when my daughter asked for teriyaki chicken, the waitress kindly told her no because the sauce had gluten. We will be back

We ordered to go. I requested no sauces due to celiac. Hostess confirmed at pick up that they did not included sauces because of soy sauce and that the soup if gluten free. Great job.

This is my go-to restaurant. I have been coming here for years and never had a problem. I usually get fried rice and sushi and as long as you tell the servers you have celiac they know to use gluten free soy sauce and to make it separately. Not to mention, it tastes really good!
Yes
If I could give a zero I would. We specifically said we needed to be gluten free because we had celiacs. They brought out gluten feee soy sauce, but didn’t use it. The chef even did fried rice with regular soy sauce first. I said something to them and they said I hadn’t told them we needed or to be gluten free. Then he dumps the vegetables onto the grill on top of the rice grains everywhere.I posted it out again and he said no problem, they could bring food from the back. So, now my teenager and I are sitting here waiting on our food while the rest of our table is getting to eat. They were totally unapologetic too.Won’t be back.
