I have eaten here a couple of times and it’s never been a good experience. The food they can make that is safe is bland at best. No flavor. Non of the sushi rolls are great either. I would not recommend for a yummy meal. You are better off going to sumisu! They have several delicious options for celiacs.

They had a gluten free menu but the staff was really unhelpful and not knowledgeable at all on the gluten free options. A lot of their gluten free options have dairy. I used to love Fuji before I was diagnosed but there gluten free menu leaves a lot to be desired. The rice and veggies weren’t good at all.

Our server was great but the food was horrible. The chicken was rubbery, steak was cold, salad still partially frozen, drinks made incorrectly and they weren’t even don’t before the ‘sushi’ came out.

Locations not closed! Just drove past it. Tucked in the strip next to the Starbucks. Haven’t actually tried it - but it’s not closed!
They have a gluten free menu. Your food is cooked in the kitchen but you still get to enjoy watching the show as they cook everyone else’s food!

The staff is great about the gluten free. They do have a free menu, but with a few selections. They had only three main dishes and about six rolls to pick from.
