Not very knowledgeable or helpful. Wouldn’t be my favorite place to return to.

Not noted in their menu, but they are able to make all hibachi meals gluten free in the kitchen. They will not do gluten free on the hibachi tables. Our waitress didn’t have any knowledge of gluten free sushi options so I did avoid that, but they gave me gluten free soy sauce when my meal came out.

This was my first visit. We went through the menu with the man who was at the front desk. He knew exactly what I was asking for and recommended some tools that I might like.
He then walked back to the kitchen and I heard him say “gluten free” to them. When he brought our food (we ordered takeout), he put mine in a separate bag, and also included gf tamari, though I didn’t ask for it.
Awesome food, awesome service. Zero trouble (you know what I mean).
Note for celiacs: I did not eat the wasabi as I neglected to ask if that was made from the powder, which often contains wheat. Would love to hear if their wasabi is consumable!
