Review of Fuji's Grill & Sushi

I found this to be an odd experience… I essentially had to argue with the sushi chef, that I could have sushi rice. He initially told me that really the only thing safe for me would be to eat fish! I asked him what did he put in his sushi rice? And we finally came to terms that I could have it. Goodness! Anyway, the sushi was good and all worked out fine.
