Fujisan Japanese Steak House

Best teppanyaki cooked on the grill with all GF soy sauce! They used the same utensils but always cooked mine first with the gf soy sauce.

Impressed that they had GF soy sauce and cooked mine first, separate from the other food. Sadly no salad dressing options, but they'll give you extra veggies instead of salad if you ask. Brought me white rice instead of fried as fried had gluten. Couldn't have the white sauce so used extra GF soy sauce. First time finding a GF friendly Japanese restaurant!

I love Fujisan! I've been going for years, but stopped for a while when I had to go gluten and dairy free. We went and talked to them, and come to find out they carry gluten free soy sauce and will cook the food completely separately in the back kitchen. They have been absolutely wonderful - they already had outstanding food and service, but this took it to a whole new level. The slightest contamination affects me and I haven't had any issues. :-)
