Server was clueless about GF. I had to question everything. Twice. Server and chef didn't communicate about which plate was prepped GF until the plates were in front of us and I asked. I didn't get sick so turned out ok. Another hibachi restaurant in town is very good on GF. It can be done.

UPDATE: I have just been told that none of their sushi is gluten free. Recently started getting take out sushi and fried rice from here. Yummy and the lady on the phone was knowledgeable

love it. Eat here all the time. They prepare chicken teppanyaki in the kitchen. Always comes out perfectly gluten free.

Nice to have the GF options for a place like this. Be careful with the wait staff, one waiter didn't understand the difference between GF soy sauce and low sodium, which he brought out - another waitress corrected him.

Delicious. They cooked my GF chicken hibachi in the back since it would be cross contaminated if cooked with the other food. it was amazing. One of the best hibachi meals I have had. GF Yum Yum sauce too! Highly recommended.

There was no separate GF menu available, although the waitstaff was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what I could and couldn't have. In the end I played it safe and just had edamame and some tuna & salmon nigiri, nothing fancy. We sat at the sushi bar, and I overheard the waiter explaining to the sushi chef that everything had to be gf. GF soy sauce was provided along with the meal. At the end of the meal the sushi chef prepared a few complimentary pieces of sushi that he said were gf - they had imitation crab on them (which I've heard can be iffy) however, and I decided to pass. My meal was simple, but satisfying, and I came out with no issues.

Amazing ! I had a mini heart attack when my mother wanted to go here for her birthday dinner. Since everything there contains or is served with soy sauce I thought I'd be in for a bland dinner. They cooked my foo separately and used/served me with gluten free soy sauce. Very informative, cautious staff. My server was unaware of what all I needed but got her manager and chef involved. LOVED IT! Amazing staff, amazing service and amazing experience!
