Not sure why this is listed on this app. Just left there and they said they have no gluten free options.

I called ahead of time to clarify whether there were gluten free options, as the reviews here were mixed. I was told their sushi is, and they currently do offer tamari soy sauce!

Update: the folks here are SO KIND! The fresh fruit probiotic teas are decadent and hand crafted when ordered. Our sushi was fresh and delicious, they modified the rolls we changed with ease and had Tamari. The presentation was stunning. We’re so excited to make this a regular spot!

— Excellent

I went to Fujiyama often before I was diagnosed with celiac and the food was always delicious. Sadly, I can no longer eat there because before I even had a chance to order they told me there are NO gluten-free options. Incredibly disappointing especially since many of their dishes are rice-based. They made no effort at all to accommodate those of us who cannot eat gluten. I won't be going back ever.

The owner said they no longer provide gluten free soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. Given that, very few, bland options. Very disappointing.

Staff is very accommodating. Made sushi without tempura, and served plain fried rice with gluten free soy sauce on the side.
