I have Celiac and have eaten here a couple times with no issues, and I am extremely sensitive. We try to go early on nights when they are not busy and that seems to help. My server last night was not very knowledge but constantly checked with someone in the kitchen when I had questions. My meal was prepared in the back, Hibachi fried rice with New York Strip steak, using gluten free soy sauce. It came with chicken in the rice, hibachi vegetables, and two shrimp. I forgot to mention how I wanted my steak cooked and it came out medium to medium well, unfortunately, but still tasted good. The salad dressing and ginger sauce are Not gluten free, but the yum yum sauce is gluten free. The server informed me that the soup is assembled in individual bowls when ordered and so he was able to prepare the soup for me, leaving out the fried onions. He assured me it is just broth, green onions, and mushroom. It was pretty bland.

If you are gf they make your food in the back. I’ve eaten here several times and never had any problems!
I ate here once about 3 years ago and did just fine. We decided to come here for Father’s Day late lunch. I ordered the New York steak with vegetables and chicken fried rice. We talked with the chef about making sure everything was gluten free, including the soy sauce. They insured use everything would be fine. Within 6 hours of eating there I started having a reaction and even ended up throwing up. If you are Celiac or severely sensitive to gluten, it is not worth it! STAY AWAY!!!
