We were traveling through, saw this on the app with very few reviews. We called them first with positive answers- awareness of gluten free. Made reservations but on a weekday May not have been needed. We did not sit at the grill. Good food. Able to accommodate gluten free for celiac. Faith our server was knowledgeable about options. Had the steak hiabachi that comes with salad and soup. Soup and the house dressing were not gluten free but able to swap out a dressing and they made a special gluten free soup as an alternative. Came out piping hot. Would come here again when traveling through.

Excellent options, gf meals get made in the kitchen! One of the first Japanese steak house that I’ve been able to go to in over 10 yrs. Thrilled with the taste and the huge portions and a great environment!

Stopped while traveling because of the reviews. Gluten free hibachi meals are prepared safely in kitchen with tamari in place of soy sauce. Everything was absolutely scrumptious!

Staff was very friendly. They insisted on making my hibachi on a separate grill (back in kitchen), even though I’m gluten intolerant and not celiac. They also made me homemade GF dressing for my salad without me asking for it. Staff is trained on this, no long explanations needed from me. Food was amazing.

I am gluten intolerant and got hibachi. They made my dinner in the back and Jenny (not sure manager or owner) made me a personal gluten free salad dressing for my salad and a personal gluten free soup. Best hibachi experience in a long time and we eat Japanese food a lot. Highly recommend.
Based on the previous recommendation we stopped to eat here. Wee didn't have The Hibachi. The waiter assured me the food was GF. It was tasty and I never got sick. We received great service also.
We went to kimono and their grills were dirty they said no go, Fujiama's grills sparkled with clean-ness, the staff was very helpful, we went in the last hour and asked to be seated alone if we could so that no one else would have to mess with my allergies. I brought my own BUTTER AND SOY sauce that was milk and gf, asked them to cook mine first and the boyfriends after. Ask them to take their butter and soy off their cart for yours because Hibachi habit is hard to break and they may reach for the regular stuff.
