Told them we have Celiac (me) and NCGS (spouse) and they quickly pointed us to the GF items on the menu and explained that most sushi and nigiri can be made GF, with the exception of the unagi and any of the one that included tempura. The biggest plus is that they offer gluten-free teriyaki which I’d written off something I’d never have in a restaurant again. And it’s decent! I’ve only had the salmon so can’t speak about the chicken. They also brought out our salads without dressing since theirs has soy sauce as an ingredient. They also provided tamari sauce to have with our food. The service was great I didn’t feel like I was bothering them by asking the usual questions we have to ask. Only thing is that it’s quite expensive. Like only for special occasions type, unless you have endless funds.
