Very cool spot with upscale Japanese cuisine and cocktails. Very supportive staff. Can’t speak about CC but many of the simple rolls are GF (e.g. spicy tuna, salmon avocado, etc.) as well as edamame and all hibachi plates can be made GF apparently. I got some rolls and edamame as the lychee cocktails. Very tasty and I felt safe and didn’t get sick.
