i just got the pho, checked it was safe for celiac and they said yes. I took the food to go, and before eating I called them again to triple check on the hoisin sauce, he said both sauces were good. I eat a few bites, and he calls me back to say dont eat the hoison sauce it’s mixed with soy. Anyway I’m going to swap it out and I appreciate them calling me back quickly, so I’m keeping it 4 stars. Not looking forward to how Im going to feel though.
