Hope you like salad… the waitress had no idea what gluten was and told me the gumbo was safe because “it’s like a seafood soup”. I didn’t trust her and asked her to check with the kitchen. She again said it was safe, but I looked up gumbo and most is made with flour. I explained I’ll get sick if I eat flour and she didn’t seem to care and didn’t go back to the kitchen because “it was busy” I didn’t eat here because I was looking for something more than a salad which would have been the only thing I would consider safe… maybe
