Fusaro's

I enjoyed the atmosphere at Fusaro’s. The only gluten free item listed is the gluten free pizza. I always worry about it being in the oven with the other pizzas, but I decided to take a chance. The waiter mentioned they have a gluten free pasta also, but I wasn’t sure which dishes went with that which were gluten free. The pizza was very good and didn’t have any flour on the bottom of it, a good sign. I noticed they have an allergen training certificate hanging on the wall. The price was fair.
