Staff at Fusian are great to limit cross contact. Most of the offerings are GF.

They’re very attentive to allergies and have a sign asking you to let them know if there’s anything you can’t eat. I told a server I had a gluten allergy and she let me know which toppings I could and couldn’t have. Plus, their lavender lemonade is delicious.

I have celiac and im hyper sensitive to cross-contamination! This is great place to get sushi! The manager Jenn is super accommodating! She got all of my ingredients from the back to avoid any cross-contamination! Ask for her when you come in they cater to all allergies! The sushi is wonderful! Even the crab is gluten free. Very friendly and accommodating very fast.

Ordered gluten free and vegan dishes by delivery. Directions and warnings about gluten intolerance were ignored. I got sick following the meal and would not recommend for those with celiac disease.

I felt so safe ordering from this location! The online allergy sheet is very easy to follow. Ordered online and made a note that I’m not just gluten free but celiac, and the team wrote a note on my order bag to reassure me my meal was handled with care. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Fusian again 🥰

This is not safe for celiacs. I’ve given it several chances, gotten sick twice (I tried again because I had so many good experiences before). The tempura used to be marked GF, after getting sick I emailed them, and the GF label on the tempura shrimp has since been removed. Assuming that’s what got me really sick last time.
I tried it again since I’d had great experiences and tried it without getting anything fried. As they made the roll, they were doing everything right with changing gloves and getting a new sheet but immediately after placed it on a cutting board with wonton wrappers covered in flour and tried to cut it with the same knife. Then the solution was to flip the board upside down when I asked if they could remake it and explained why.
The staff is nice and the food tastes good so I’m really sad but I’m not coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it for celiacs.
