Fusion Burgers

I had a terrible experience here. They said they had gluten free buns but none(!!) of the burgers were gluten free or any of the ingredients. I presume they just didn’t understand what gluten was but I then didn’t feel safe to eat here and even after they spoke to the chef they still insisted only the buns were gluten free, even admitting this was a “bit weird”. How disappointing.

Made substitutions on item that wasn't gluten free. Very knowledgeable about gluten and nice about asking questions. Great gf buns and dedicated fryer for fries!

Some extremely experimental burgers. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Say whatsup to Luis for me.
