I mentioned needing GF and the Chef was going to cook my food without the sauces after the grill had been contaminated w noodles. After talking w him and the server they were more than happy to cook my food in the back. I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp with a salad and no dressing ( waitress said dressing was not GF) . She offered me Miso soup but I didn't eat. I did not have a gluten reaction
