They can make any of their desserts gluten free. When they bake gluten free they take measures to make sure surfaces and work area is clean and sanitized before starting. They also have several options for meals that are delicious. Since they don’t have a separate kitchen for gluten free there is still the chance of cross contamination. I have Celiac and I have not had any issues, but everyone is different.
