Am planning to eat here for my birthday and called ahead to ask about their GF procedure. They were very friendly, explained how they prepare their GF pizza (separate pan for cooking, aware of cross contamination risks), explained there is corn meal in their house made GF crust but the thin crust is pre-made shipped in GF crust. They mentioned celiac safe without me having to ask. They also mentioned the meatball topping is the only one not GF. Excited to try it! Before celiac diagnosis I had their regular pizza, was very good.
