I’ve been here a few times and have always been treated with understanding. I’m celiac and have never had a reaction. The wraps are amazing! The pizza delicious and next up is the burger. Drinks are tasty too. It is a bit of a bar atmosphere but the patio is relaxing. One of my faves.

Cranberry chicken salad on a GF wrap was amazing. staff knowledgeable about gluten free options.

Love this place. Always forget about it unfortunately but anytime I’m at Valley Junction I’m going! Also at the state fair

Love this tiny little bar with big flavors! They have gf wraps and their spinach artichoke dip is FANTASTIC!!

No gf menu. Was told they have a gf bun, wrap and pizza crust, the rest was up to me.

SO good. Lots of GF choices. Staff is very knowledgeable. Non-celiac family loved their food. Great service, cute town, awesome food - highly recommend it.

The hall of pride wrap is delicious! They have gluten free crusts for pizzas and use Udi’s wraps and buns for the wraps and sandwiches.

I always get the Pride of Iowa gluten free wrap. Love it. Never had a problem. I like that the owner is usually there and the staff are great. Its always crowded, but they also do takeout.

We ate at their Iowa State Fair booth and loved the wraps!! They even offered to completely clean the cooking surfaces if I needed!
