Gabino's Mexican Grill

The salsa is made in house with no premade spice mixes, but they do fry their homemade chips in the same oil as the flour tortillas. The host was happy to go ask the kitchen all my questions. I had steak fajitas with no flour in the marinade and pork tamales with no gluten sensative reactions. I might be cautious of cross contamination though.

Very good. The tacos are very well prepared and most Mexican restaurants don’t serve tomatoes, but Gabino’s does!!!!!!
