I went here based on the other reviews, and was told she cannot accommodate celiac. She is absolutely lovely, but the grill is shored with flour tortillas, and the fryer is shared also.

This is a small place located in 1/2 of a building shared with Dairy Queen. But completely separate with complete wall. The owner and her daughter were working when we went in. I Mentioned my allergy and they were really helpful and accommodating. When I asked about hash browns the owner (also the cook) said she has a née griddle that she got yesterday and would use it to make my hash browns so they would be safe. When the food came out is was so impressed with the portions. And OMG so so good. My husband got traditional food (gluten) but I am very confident my food was safe. When I noticed the sauce I asked the girl if it was for sure GF and she said just a moment let me go double check. She came back smiling and said yes my mom double checked and it is GF and safe.

While they clearly have a sign that says they may not serve you if you have an allergy, this was a gem of a find in Camp Verde, AZ on the way to the Grand Canyon from Scottsdale. I had the 3 egg omelette American style (with hash browns) and my daughter had a bean and cheese taco plus a cob of elote. Great value and right of the main road to the Canyon. The gluten eaters in my party had breakfast burritos that were reported to be delicious. Their green salsa was amazing!! I will mark it as celiac friendly not because of known kitchen precautions but because we ate and had a great meal with no ill effects. Your mileage may vary in a shared kitchen.
