GF items were marked on the menu, and there was a decent selection. I told the staff that I had celiac disease / am gluten free and need to avoid cross contamination. The server I had reassured me that the items were gf, as marked on the menu (felt a bit dismissive). However, I had my suspicions since soy sauce was included as an ingredient for a gf marked item and a fair portion of gf items were fried. I felt slightly sick the next day.
Nonetheless, the food was very good. I would be willing to go back and more clearly communicate my needs (however I suspect this would significantly limit the number of safe dishes for me).
tldr: not the most knowledgeable staff, the food very good
