Gabrizio Italian Café and Bakery

This was my first time at this business and was at the recommendation of another gluten free local. She told me that they have a decent selection of gluten free pastries and cakes and their presentation was stunning. She said they create wedding and celebration cakes for local events.

We approached the building which does include outdoor seating on non-inclement days. There's a very elegant appeal to everything about this business. The interior is low lights with open seating both at tables and a large communal table in the center of the room. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and lunch items as you approach the counter followed by a large display of desserts. Cakes, cookies, tortes and other sweets with coffees and other sorted drinks. I explained that they had received a glowing recommendation from a local gluten free resident and asked them what they had available as they were closing in 20 minutes. They had chocolate macaroons, an almond cake, lemon torte and several gf sandwiches. I tried the lemon torte and macaroons with a latte and everything was excellent! The latte even came with a foam design animal! ❤ Service was super fast and friendly and the staff were very polite.

I will guaranteed return when I'm back in Niles in a couple months.
