Review of Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soup

"GF" labels were on items that HAD gluten, not the other way around. It made it very confusing. Told the staff that I wanted the gluten free item and that I was allergic to gluten. They proceeded to make my food WITH sauce and tortilla that contained gluten. I told them I couldn't have what they were making and they took the tortilla out and proceeded to continue making the food using the same bowl. Staff is not knowledgeable about gluten or food allergies. I made the mistake of eating the food after they finally corrected it to be in a different bowl and only gf ingredients, but I still ended up getting "glutened."
