Review of Gaetano Pizza

Not sure why they offer GF pizza but use the contaminated sauce and cheese. Each time I try this place, I specifically ask if they use clean/fresh sauce and cheese and am told yes but when I see them make the pizza, they use the same sauce and cheese as the regular pizza. They will remake it for me using clean everything but not sure why this isn't standard.
