I really enjoyed their breakfast sandwich with the gluten free chive bun! Protein donuts, specifically the blueberry and chai were also good!

I was so excited to find this place, but we left extremely bummed and disappointed. We ended up throwing away most of what we ordered because it was inedible… The Pizza was sweetened so much with sweetener that it was more like a dessert dressing of some sort. The Chicken had no flavor and lacked seasoning entirely. Burgers, wraps, pizza. All the same story. It was shockingly gross and we are NOT picky eaters. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. We left sad, hungry, some are slightly nauseated and with a big dent in our pocket book.

I’ve been Cooking and Baking, Gluten Free and Paleo for over a 12 years and this was a complete travesty. I wished I could say otherwise because the staff was wonderful. Such a shame… Try at your own risk :(

My daughter and I ate there today. Dedicated gluten free, dairy free. I had an amazing mini pizza and she had a great burger. They have all kinds of protein donuts, cupcakes, and other items. Donuts are delicious. The owner is gluten free. We will be back.

Love that they all 100% gluten free BUT I wish the food tasted better. I got a protein bowl. It was ok. I got a carrot cake cupcake. It had an odd taste. I got a lemon donut. The texture was horrible and the flavor wasn’t good.

Everything was great & staff was super nice, they don’t have pancakes anymore. My son was super disappointed.

They have cookies, cheesecake cupcakes and breads....all gluten free, and low/no sugar. They have meal preps....breakfast, lunch, and dinner made fresh, and to pick up for later. Food can be kept in fridge, or frozen. They also sell sauces. Thry are keto friendly. They have vegan options as well, but we were told all items are gluten free, so we wouldn't have to worry about cross contaminants. Thry have protein bowls (rice or cauliglower rice, vegetables and protein, with sauce of your choice.), as well as breakfast sanwiches, tacos, traditional type breakfasts.They also have protein shakes, coffee, sugar free sodas. You can order online, and order for the week. Their menu changes on Sundays, so new specials can be found on their website. They can also make cakes to order. It is a little off the beaten path, but was excited to find a gluten free establishment in town.

Delicious meals & baked goods! I have lots of food sensitivities & I always feel great after eating here. I think it’s great to finally have a place like this close to home. I wish I would have known about it sooner!

Expensive and not that tasty for their BBQ steak bowl. Beef seemed lower quality. But said they were all.gluten free so you can order anything. Baked goods all have fake sugars so disappointed I couldn't try them.

When I inquired about their oats, I was told they use standard oats. They do not use gluten free oats, not even optically sorted oats. On the day I went, all of their dairy free items also contained oats. I asked it they felt they were celiac safe and was told they were not. I said that was too bad that they were gluten free but not safe for the people who need to ear gluten free. He just shrugged. Disappointing.

Everything is gluten free. Pastry case with different offerings, cupcakes, cookies, cheesecake bowls, keto fat bombs and more. Made to order shakes, breakfast, lunch, dinner. They also do meal prep service (menu changes weekly). Can accommodate to any allergy or need just tell them! Can use toast app or their website to order ahead. Check their Instagram or the chalk board inside for daily changing specials.

100% gluten free and they are willing to work with other allergies. Menu is written on a chalk board and changes often. Food is fresh, a good value and very tasty.

If you don't want to wait, they also offer food that is premade the night before and can be warmed or taken home. Definitely thumbs up.
