I have a NEMA tester and it passed my NEMA test for gluten free/celiac safe. Food that i ordered numerous times from this restaurant that always passed my NEMA test: salad roll, Pad Thai, Green Curry.

The menu didn't list gluten free items, but the server was awesome and said almost all menu items are either gluten free or could be made gluten free. 24 hours later still no issues
