Very knowledgeable about gluten-free needs. Use clean utensils not shared with food containing gluten (the minority of the menu).

We have been eating there for years. This is our go-to place for safe, no-frills, gluten-free food. All the kebabs are served with rice and salad, and are gluten-free when they omit the bread. The staff is very used to gluten-free orders and proficient with ingredients used on the menu. Only wraps, two of the entrees, and half the appetizers contain gluten, so it is very easy to avoid. The food is very tasty. I never had a reaction. I highly recommend you try Galata Bistro!

When ordering for take-out, make sure you explain that the box needs to be gluten-free with no bread inside. They started offering complementary bread inside the box during the pandemic without listing it on the menu.
