Review of Gallaghers Steakhouse

Most elite steakhouses can easily accommodate gluten free diners. This was not the case at Gallaghers. Not only was our server completely unaware of what gluten is (first said so that means no dairy and then said well most things are organic so you should be fine), but after finally deciding on food, I found bits of croutons that had been picked off my salad. Overall food as also very underwhelming for non gluten free diners.
