I had a wonderful experience at breakfast with Santa Claus! When we called for our reservation we informed the host that I have a severe gluten and a dairy allergy. The moment we sat at our table the manager came over to tell me about the gluten free options. There were options on the buffet but I expressed that I was concerned about cross contact. They were able to prep my food and very careful with cross contact. They kept asking if I wanted more food, gave me some options, and made sure I was ok. I ended up with a huge veggie omelette, side of bacon, and a salmon stir fry.

We went today for lunch. Our server was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and knew what to recommend. She was very focused on making sure I was safe. There is no GF menu but they do have GF buns, wraps and pasta. I would definitely go back.

I’ve been here three times & eaten safety, but this is my first review. Today I had chicken salad on a GF roll with potato chips. I believe the previous two occasions I had a grilled chicken salad.
Both of my kids have food, allergies, tree, nuts, dairy shellfish, sesame, and they were able to eat safely as well .
Food was good & not overpriced like most zoos. This is a sit down restaurant inside the zoo, but can also be accessed from the main road without zoo admission.

Sat outside, they have a deli that does GF wraps, fruit and parfaits, and salads. My momand Iate both gluten intolerant and didn't get sick.

The “gluten free” salmon and vegetables tested positive for gluten on my Nima Sensor. Very disappointing but so thankful I tested it.

I ordered a burger and was assured that the bun was gluten free. I was told they couldn’t do fries so I ordered a side salad. I even let them know it was an allergy and made sure to double check when the burger came out. The burger was good but I was glutened and ended up very sick. This is not a Celiac safe restaurant.

Gallifords is not consistent. I’ve ordered the French fries and the sweet potato fries and today they tell me that they contain gluten. I like to support local businesses, but it’s not worth being sick.
There’s not many items, mostly salads. The past two times they forgot about the chicken that was ordered.

Love the Zoo atmosphere and the staff is always welcoming and ready to make accomodations for dietary needs.
Lots of GF options! I had the penne with garlic and olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus. It was so delicious!! Also great selection of local ciders—not just crappy angry orchard. They host a lot of cool events. Great service!

Great, beautiful new restaurant with a lot to offer. Beautiful decor and bright open windows that overlook the animals in the zoo. They also had a very large gluten free menu and almost anything on the menu could be modified. The manager came over to discuss allergens, and then delivered my plate as well. Overall great experience and will definitely return.

I work there, great selection for GF and people with Celiac (like me). The protocol for gluten free people is great too :D
Love it here! Lovely barn-like decor. I had spinach salad with salmon. It was excellent.
