Gallo's Italian Villa

The waitress wasn't knowledgeable on GF topics or practices but was extremely nice. I had a side salad with Ranch, their GF pasta with Alfredo sauce, and their fries with cheese and bacon. I had no symptoms but knew that the fries may have been fried unsafely but took the risk that evening. The pasta reheated very well the next day for lunch. Their menu has comments about GF pasta upcharge, but nothing is marked as GF on their menu. The gentleman behind the register heard me order the GF pasta and said they're currently out of GF meatballs but that those are sometimes an option when they can order from supplier.

They advertise GF pizza on the menu, but they use all the same surfaces, pizza paddle, etc. the waitress was helpful, but not very knowledgeable about GF.

I have had their gluten free pasta and meatballs on numerous occasions and it has always been good and I have never gotten sick.

Found a crouton in my salad after eating about half of it. I have eaten there in the past with no problems. They seem to know the pasta has to be cooked in separate pot.
