I’ve eaten their pizza 5 times. Got sick once. I feel pretty certain the 4th time I ate their pizza, I got sick, because the girl working there, didn’t appear to understand what celiac was, or what I was talking about. I think she was very new. I should have asked for Cindy, the owner, or the manager, if Cindy wasn’t there, so I really blame myself. The 5th time I talked to Bo at the order counter. He was very aware of celiac, and went back into the kitchen and told them all that it was a serious allergy alert, that I was celiac, and they needed to change gloves, and take every precaution! Pizza was great, as always, and I didn’t get sick at all! Thanks Bo!!!

Excellent knowledge of gluten free. My daughter really wanted mac and cheese, but their cheese sauce has gluten, and the server knew that as soon as she asked. Gluten free pasta and pizza!! Very good food!
