My husband has celiac disease. If he gets cross contamination he gets so sick he’s in bed and cannot move. We asked the staff about the gluten free options/cross contamination and notified them of my husband’s condition. They assured us our options were gluten free. Well, 15 minutes after eating my husband isn’t feeling well and now he’s in bed in an awful state. He was ‘glutened’. Our bad for not going to a designated gluten-free restaurant but we were so hopeful because our options are so minimal.
