Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh

Food is decent. I mentioned I had a gluten allergy so the individual changed their gloves. She seemed confused on what was gluten free and what wasn’t, but I took my time reading what was labeled and selected my toppings for my bowl. I came late in the evening so there was no line. I’m not super confident on the safety for cross contamination, but I was desperately hungry before my next flight.

Located now on Concourse B. This is a great place to get gf food quickly. Located next to Chic-fil-a right when one comes up the escalator after the train. Many of their options can be done gf & they are marked clearly in front of the buyer. I would recommend asking for them to change their gloves & since one of their staff is Celiac they understood when I mentioned that I was Celiac. I have eaten here twice recently and both times they were careful (one just has to get them to understand because sometimes they can be busy.)

They have salads and bowls available. Had a chicken salad. I watched them touch bread with the knife when they spread hummus and asked if they had some fresh hummus not contaminated. Server was also gf, got out a fresh batch of hummus, and took care of me the whole way through. He's going to speak to the manager about the cross contamination issue.
