All the food is labeled and they have a complete allergen menu! The guy I spoke with was super nice. They change gloves, will put paper on surface and you can watch them make your food.

I’ve never been sick here and eaten a few times. But I do agree it sometimes feels like a crap shoot. The food is good but I do worry about cross contamination. Gluten free items are labeled and that is appreciated!

I’ve eaten here 3 times and never gotten sick. They take cross contamination very seriously. They will change their gloves and bring out new food containers instead of using the bins that have been out. I feel very safe eating there. I just try to wait until the line isn’t long because it takes a lot more time for them to get your food that way.

Mediterranean food in Chipotle style assembly line. Looks good for a quick stop option at the airport. About half items seem GF (I didn’t eat here just peeled). Salads and rice bowls with protein add ons and sauces, veggies, etc.

There are pitas and wraps so chance for cross contamination for sure but hard to avoid that most places in transit.

Not celiac safe. It’s a line like chipotle but worse since they’re stuffing pitas instead of dumping on a tortilla. Cross contaminated. Looks great if you are just celiac sensitive though

Soon relieved to find GF at the airport! Super yummy! Choose your ingredients for bowl or salad, all ingredients/sauces/meats/options are labeled. GF Falafel. Vegetarian & Vegan options too.
