How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Solely rating it based on gluten-friendliness, which is a 0. Nothing here can be eaten. The way they prepare their food makes it so that all of their tortillas, meats, chips, everything come into contact with shared surfaces as wheat flour. They were nice and understood the severity of it all which I appreciated.
