Even after they took my order my confidence was low. However, I didn’t get glutened and had no issues. Food was good.

The chef worked with me to find GF items on the buffet and made a creme Brule for me

0 stars if I could. I am not sure they even know what gluten is. No real options - other than eggs, but not even sure they use real eggs. Also, we are dairy free too. We orders eggs without butter and they came soaked in butter.
