I love this place!! They asked me if I had an allergy versus a preference as soon as I ordered and requested gluten free. When I said it was an “allergy” they changed their gloves immediately. They were very good about cleaning equipment and separating my food. Plus...the food is so delicious! I got a salmon citrus avocado salad with gf flatbread on the side....AMAZING!! The second time I ordered a tri tip and bacon wrap...it was really good also. Great place to order a healthy meal and they were so diligent and knowledgeable about my celiac. I definitely will return!! Wish I knew about this place sooner!

I was recently diagnosed with CD and have been going through the ups and downs of figuring out the GF lifestyle. After many months of trial and error, I felt that I had things under control at home and decided to try eating out for the first time although cross contamination has me super paranoid.

I visited this location and asked the employee about spices used in their proteins and received assurances that the proteins and veggies are GF. So I placed my order and was immediately asked if my GF order was a preference or medical concern. I advised that it was medical. The employee immediately regloved; went in back to grab a GF wrap; made sure the wrap touched no common surfaces; and pulled one of the line prep employees aside and told them this was a GF order for medical.

The line prep employees regloved; lined the wrap warmer with foil; pulled out a separate foil lined prep tray and prep utensils; and never once left my order unattended where someone else could possibly touch it. I was very relieved that the staff were so well trained and so incredibly cognizant of cross contamination. I share a kitchen at home with non celiacs and was very pleased to see staff taking the same measures I would at home. Even better, the food was delicious; staff was friendly and knowledgeable; and the price was right.

I'm very happy to have round this place and hope that this location is profitable and will be around for years to come. I definitely will eat here again

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The food is fresh and wonderful. Gluten free breads/wraps and dessert. They were very cautious about keeping food separate, changing gloves etc. Would totally recommend!!
