I would say gluten-friendly but not gluten-free. Little to no knowledge of celiac disease. No procedures in place to help prevent cross contamination. Most things including toasted buns are all cooked on the same surface. The staff also seemed very inconvenienced by my asking questions about gluten-free options. Cool place to visit for a drink but definitely not a celiac safe place to eat!
