I have to disagree with Sally. Yes the Gardner Ale House has a GF menu. However it is full of areas of cross contamination. The GF menu offers french fries (both reg and sweet potato), mashed potatoes as well as rice for sides. After speaking with our waitress, who by the way was great, if the fries are cooked in same oil as everything else. She spoke with the kitchen staff who came back and said "yes fries are cook in same fryer, mashed potatoes have gluten in them. the only thing I can offer that is safe would be steamed broccoli."

The GF menu also shows nacho's and chx wings. I did not ask how these are prepared. I just assume since the fries are cook in same oil as everything else that the chips and wings are too. Along with anything else that is fried.

My opinion on the Gardner Ale House is they do not fully understand Gluten Free, and the cross contamination issues that can make people sick.
