Arrived and ask about Gluten Free options, hostess really did not understand English and seated us and gave us a menu, nothing listed as gluten-free, waitress came over and really was not very knowledgeable on gluten-free then went and talked to chef, as it turned out I was able to get a shredded beef enchilada on a corn tortilla with burrito sauce with rice and beans, tasted very good and have had no issues for two-days so apparently my risk was okay, also chips/salsa are gluten-free, think chips are purchased from supplier and not made there.
