Garlic Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar

The server continually asked questions to be certain what I could eat. He made sure to have them change their gloves. The server said they always clean the surface before making the next sushi. My husband and I had the firecracker sushi roll, modified to be gluten and dairy free. I also had the yellow chicken curry medium hot, and hot green tea. The food was delicious. It was in a great little downtown setting. My husband can eat gluten. Had the cashew chicken which he said a wonderful dish and very spicy hot. The cashews were roasted. We highly recommend this restaurant for people eaten gluten free or eating gluten.

We eat here all the time with no reactions among entire family (2 celiacs and two GF intolerant). We get Curry, drunken noodles and lettuce wraps mostly. Food tastes good.

Food here is excellent and they have a lot of options. The problem is that there is no consistency and only some of the staff is knowledgeable. We have been told different things at different times. They have excellent food but it’s essential that they educate their staff.
